Welcome to the New website of Stop AIDS Alliance

Stop AIDS Alliance, based in Brussels, is a joint partnership between STOP AIDS NOW! and the International HIV/AIDS Alliance. Our aim is to advocate for the development and implementation of a comprehensive response to the HIV pandemic by the European Union (EU).

Our activities focus on the following key areas:

• Universal access to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support
• HIV mainstreaming and workplace policies
• Orphans and vulnerable children living in a world with HIV and AIDS 
• Financing for HIV
• Civil society involvement and community mobilisation
• Sexual and reproductive health and rights and HIV 
• HIV and human rights

Our mission is to strengthen EU policy and programming on HIV/AIDS related issues in developing countries. We work closely with the European Commission, European Parliament and Council in order to ensure that HIV/AIDS is considered a priority in EU development cooperation.
