In preparation for the General Affairs and External Relations Council on 23-24 May 2005, the Stop AIDS Alliance sent a letter to the EU Member States raising its concerns on the lack of acknowledgement by the EC of HIV/AIDS cross-cutting nature in its MDGs strategy.
